SRI LANKAN CULTURAL EVENT - ART AND SCULPTURE EXHIBITION

Being an ardent admirer of art myself, I enjoyed the amazing art work in pencil sketch, painting on wood and metal sculpture by Sri Lankan artist Lalith. The exhibition was held as a part of the cultural program of music and dance, organized by the Embassy of Sri Lanka at Gulf University of Science anfd Technology.

To sculpt in metal isn't easy. The intricate work involved in Lalith's sculpture was exquisite and unique. The pencil sketches were beautiful that gave a photographic effect. Burnt art work on wood and painting on wood was another skilled work on display by the artist.
